Ankang Zhengda, founded in 1956, has a history of 66 years. From the earliest state-owned enterprise Ankang Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory, to the joint venture with Chia Tai Group to set up a foreign-funded enterprise Ankang Chia Tai Pharmaceutical in 1994, and in 2002, the former Ankang Western Medicine Factory was absorbed and integrated. In April 2018, Fengkang Pharmaceutical under Shaanxi Tianyi Huamao Group completed the acquisition of 100% of its equity.
